Welcome to PoGhost (the "App"), a mobile application developed by [Your Name/Company Name] ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App, which provides a map-based service for tactical games such as airsoft and laser tag. 1. Description of the Service

PoGhost is a free-to-download mobile application that allows users to participate in tactical games by sharing geolocation data, player callsigns, and game identifiers with our servers. The App displays the locations of team members on a map during active games. While participation in existing games is free, creating a new game requires a paid subscription ("Subscription"). Subscriptions may be purchased through in-app payment systems provided by app stores (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store) or via the user’s personal account on our website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must register an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 4. Subscription and Payments

Free Access: Downloading the App and joining existing games are free of charge.

Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your Subscription through the app store or your account on our website. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

5. Use of the App

Geolocation Data: By using the App, you consent to the collection and transmission of your geolocation data, callsign, and game identifier to our servers, even when your device is locked, during active games. This data is used solely to display team member locations on the map.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to transmit harmful code or content.
License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in the App are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App without our written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your account and Subscription may be deactivated, and you must cease using the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of geolocation data or the availability of the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Subscription, if any.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Serbia.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted in the App or on our website, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the changes.
